Business Philosophy

My Real Estate philosophy is a simple one "HOME OWNERSHIP FOR EVERYONE " and I will do everything in my power to see that this is realized by as many people as possible. This is the American Dream that we were all raised with. "Go to school, get good grades, get married, have kids, and buy a house. Despite the best efforts of many people they are still trying to realize this American Dream. That is where I come in. I bought my first house when I was 23 years old with NO MONEY DOWN. I didn't have a real estate agent there to help me. In fact because I had no money down I felt like a second class citizen and seemed to be treated that way by the lenders and Realtors. That's why when I started in real estate I decided to concentrate my efforts on the first time home buyer. I have helped many people experience that dream. To see the look on their face when we close and they know the home is theirs is priceless!

Education

I am a past student of Aims Community College in Greeley, Colorado. My major was in Psychology and Counseling. I believe that these past educational experiences has helped develop my skills in working with buyers and sellers alike. In addition to this training I have received my education in the real estate field through Empire Real Estate school here in Fort Collins, Colorado. Included in these studies were training in Real Estate Law and Practices, Colorado Contracts and Regulations, Trust Accounts and Record Keeping, Real Estate Closing and Practical Applications. As a promise to all my customers I pledge to continue my education so that I may serve you with the highest level service.

Awards

In my first year at Coldwell Banker I was the "ROOKIE OF THE YEAR" for my office. Which means that I did more volume of sales than any other rookie in my office. First year sales volume was 2.1 million dollars in closed sales. After that great start I haven't been resting on my laurels. In my third year in real estate I am doing 4 million dollars in closed sales.

I have worked with the first time home Buyer of condo's, town homes, single family residence, the investor, raw land, and new construction loans to perm. I have vast experience in negotiations, contracting, and education. Along with these skills I have experience in marketing and advertising. From news print, magazine, radio, and internet. As a member of the Colorado Associate of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS I hold myself to the highest of standards. Further I am affiliated with the local Multiple Listings Service. Through these services I am able to reach the largest possible audience of Buyers and Sellers.
